    Hello All
sorry I've been awol for a bit I'm trying to get used to working from home, and am strangely finding it more stressful then going in to work! I had a week of trying and then started properly this week, but to be honest, I'm not loving it, dh thinks I'm crazy as I'm saving money by not commuting, saving time, and safe at home (I usually work in quite a rough area) but is it strange to say I miss it?
Any how last week was a sts and this week a little loss of -1lb
Today's meals we are having a full English for sort of lunch, so evening will be a light meal, soup or a sandwich, we only have this once every month or 2 but not the healthiest meal 😮
Next week I'll need to get myself into a better routine of exercising as well, although I'm off for the week after as it's half term. Will try and remember to post more too x

    Hello Losers.

Mixed fortunes this week I see.  Anyway, Well done if you've STS or lost and don't despair if you've gained, you've got a long way to go to beat me!

However, this week I'm proud to record a loss of 1lb.  It's not coming off as fast as it went on, but I'll take it.

Fortunately the sun still shines down here on the Sunshine Isle so I can kid myself that it's not really winter yet and I'm not entitled to warming comfort food yet.

Enjoy your holiday Brambling, but not too much and having your sister to stay is no excuse for indulging.

Oh, go on then, but heavy on the sugar free jelly.

    Well done ladies 👏

Marion I can relate to the wheat issue, like you I'm intolerant to it or it's intolerant to me 🤔 doesn't stop me eating it and complaining.  You can get gluten free oats but no surprise they aren't as cheap as the normal ones.

Sirens I don't like working from home either, although when we go back to the office I wouldn't mind doing it one or two days a week, it is handy for deliveries and tradesmen 🙂

Monna doesn't the sunshine isle have its own microclimate? 🌞

I met my sister in town for lunch and we shopped for a birthday present for my sister who is hopefully coming up i also needed to buy her birthday present (hers was in the sale 😁) I've two sisters and my brother all with birthdays within 10 days

lunch was a very nice Mac 'n' cheese, not something I make just for me.  Dinner was a beef vegetable lo mein

Blue, what can I say?  A bit of your heart has gone for ever.  You need to spoil yourself for a while..  Do your mourning and when the sharp edges have worn down a bit you can start worrying about what you are putting in your mouth.
