    Sorted now ... it was a combination  refresh and new post at top of pile .... to my warped logic I looked at bottom of the list  Doh!

    I have noticed that there is some input from the dark side. They don't like the 28 days to pay after the appeal to the PPC. They have said it must be 14 days. This prompted me to suggest 28 working days. >:) 

    They are suggesting that 28 days is not viable. 

    The directors of these companies are not exactly strapped for cash.
