I can still see no more than about ten comments on any section, and this is what is worrying me.
It does take some time to go through each section and have a think, even if you don't comment.
I've submitted my comments and my Lovely Cousin is doing hers at the moment. Our kids have promised to submit their comments within the next few days, as have my Outlaws and the carer I helped recently to get a ParkingLie scamvoice cancelled, but it will still only be a drop in the ocean.
We have a voice, but unless I'm looking at it all wrong, only a handful of people have commented so far and we only have less that a fortnight to go. Tiz worrying.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
I am planning to do, and was going to ask elderly parent whose just been invoiced, but to be honest I think she’d take one look and run a mile. It doesn’t sound very user friendly for a non technical 81 year old who still prefers to do things by post. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -

Le_Kirk said:You won't see the comments once they have been submitted. Try it with one of your own, make a comment somewhere and save it, log out, then go back later and log in, your comment is still there, now review/submit and press submit. When you try to find it again you cannot see it.
I think you need to log back in, and click 'review comments'.
There are a total of 319 comments to date, although it's not clear how many different people that includes. It isn't necessary to comment on every single clause, many of them are perfectly fine as they are. You should only comment, and suggest alternative wording, on those clauses which don't go far enough in favouring the consumer, or give the PPCs too much wriggle room.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.1 -
Weird, if I log in I cannot see ANY of my comments!
ETA Just logged in again and yes, I can see 4 comments in 3.21, however I have previously commented in this section and submitted and if I choose User Saved Comments from the drop down box, there are none. Checked with 3.33 Surface Marking and I know I commented on that because I went to town on the inadequacies of block paving and that is not there for me to see.2 -
I log in every day to the PAS and I can see my comments as well as those left by others, but there are very few comments per section. I would expect to see hundreds of comments condemning ANPR for example, but there are only about half a dozen.
My Lovely Cousin has just logged in and I can see her comments, all of mine, and a handful of other comments per section.
Whilst there might be several hundred comments in total, there are still only single digit numbers of comments against any one particular section, implying that only a handful of people have commented.I married my cousin. I shall now ask the question of the BSI; it is very confusing why some comments can be seen and not others.1
