I have completed this but it was a struggle.  The general public will not understand and will switch off.
It's been designed to confuse whereas a simple questionnaire with multiple pages would suffice.

I doubt even the muppet club run by Boris, could complete it.

It's almost like a psychometric test where you are asked similar questions in a different way.

This was precisely my impression when I visited the site.  As a consequence I watched Netflix instead.

I would estimate that you Sir Dance, if completed, it would take about 20 bottles of Blue Nun

Total stands at 697 today which at 10 comments per person is still only fewer than 70 people!  I tried to add a note to every post that @Coupon-mad had made that exhorts posters to do the consultation to ask them to come back and tell us they've done it but I got spam blocked!
PM the octodiplo for the way to get around this - he's been doing it for years! 🥴
Sorted now but the aforementioned gentleman doesn't post consecutive posts with only 30 seconds in between, which is what I did.  Apparently you are supposed to wait 120 seconds between posts, afraid I type quicker than that!

does any one know how long submitted comments take to appear ?

I have ploughed through  PAS and was going over things again to see If I had missed something.

I just can not see any of my submitted comments

Once you press the Submit button the comments appear instantly at the top of the comment page for the particular topic. Are you submitting immediately after typing the particular comment, or are you pressing Save?  Comments by topic/relevant paragraph are ordered by date, most recent at the top.

Where there are more than 3 or 4 comments, they spill over onto second and more page(s) which you click on at the foot of the window containing the comment dialogue boxes to scroll to each extra page.  Sorry if you know all of the above already, but just thought I'd put this up in case not. One thing's for sure, it's a bloody tortuous process!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Have you refreshed the page? The document doesn't seem to update until you do.

Today the total stands at 861 - we are moving along - and this morning I received an e-mail informing me that I had 6 comments saved but not submitted.  This is despite me going through the whole thing twice yesterday and looking for asterisks (*) that tell me I have an open comment.  Hopefully e-mails are going to everybody in the same position and not just me!

Yes I had an email saying that one of my comments hadn't been submitted, so that should gee everyone up and get the number to well over 1,000 by Monday's deadline.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.
