If you think these pictures you are posting will help get them on the listing.
Although some may think more work, will need to rip that out if it is staying.
Currently you are getting no one to come and even see the place.
Check your EA is not a plnker that only allows proceedable to view, you want it open to everyone.
Still waiting for the valuation research that shows £600 is decent price.1 -

Just wanted to say, your house is beyond beautiful, you have some real talent.
My first thought was 'why on earth do they want to move out of this beautiful house'!?!
I am looking in that price range (top budget about £625k) - not for as many bedrooms but I don't baulk at too much space (we are currently in a 5 bed 2,500 sq ft house with just the two of us and LOVE the space). The biggest drawback and what would be a deal breaker for us is the garden size, which I know is frustrating as there's nothing you can do about thatnot that that makes any odds to you as we are looking in a completely different area!
I guess the only thing you can do is reduce the price. Or wait for that right buyer to come along. Best of luck.1 -

It's possible that the OP has carefully constructed a bit of a white elephant, by over-spending for the road. She has certainly included a lot of features that are highly personalised and may not suit some buyers, eg the garden. However, the house is certainly very saleable, at the right price, to the right person.
To be frank, I could not understand why she is moving? The house has been crafted to suit her individual needs and tastes, so why not stay there? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?2 -

OP has obviously spend a great deal of time/money improving the property, which looks truly lovely inside. They’ve shelled out for a rewire, new boilers, new kitchen, redecoration which are all things that would be attractive to a buyer, but (in my opinion) don’t necessarily add any significant financial value to the property.
For me these improvements are far outweighed by the negatives being tiny garden (for the size of the property), lack of parking, lack of bathrooms (for the size of the property), etc. It’s true to say that speculation doesn’t always equal accumulation! But for the OP sake I’d like to be proven wrong.Good luck!1 -
