You need no DDs on a Club Lloyds. If you want to avoid the monthly fee, you must deposit at least £1.5k a month.Katiehound said:
No. I am fairly sure you can only have one Club Lloyds a/c.castle96 said:"The offer is available to customers switching an account held elsewhere to an existing qualifying account."
Sorry to be a bit dim. I have one existing a/c with Lloyds (Club Lloyds). Are they wanting me to switch (my Halifax) account TO that, or will they open a new one to switch to (then I have 2 x Club lloyds)
You will just switch your Halifax into your existing Club Lloyds a/c. And if you already have the 2 x DDs then you get the monthly fee waived. So no nasty DDs to create! (or is it the £1,500 that waives the fee?? & DDs trigger the interest ?)0 -
I didn't as ypou had to open a new Club Lloyds (or platimun?) account and couldn't be bothered downgrading my existing main CL account at that time. So £100 here I come.crumpet_man said:I thought everyone on here would have had the bonus in October 20190 -
So do u need SO/Direct Debits to switch for the £100 or can u switch any account0

Switching service won't authenticate the details of the account I want to switch from. Looks like gremlins all day since the offer went live, and they just cut me off on the phone. . .twice.

Can you just upgrade a Lloyds Classic to Club Lloyds or must you switch an external account and upgrade?

good glad you don't need S/0 Or DD's might have to switch to that account for the £100

so you could switch to this, get £100 then switch to RBS and get another £100?

keep on switching, keep on earning

Then you need the DDs to earn the interest (which, of course, is going down.... again!)colsten said:
