£100 Ulster Bank NI switch offer - ends 19 November 2020

Got my card today. Slightly amused by the wording on the back. 'If found, please return this card to any branch of Ulster Bank'. I'm not convinced if someone found mine that they'd go out of their way to hand it into the nearest branch only a few hundred miles away...0

Survived the HooYu online ID verification process and eventually got accepted after a few hours....which was quicker than DigiDocs where it took 3 rounds spread over a week.2

do they offer rewards like RBS and NatWest do? They do mention Ulster Rewards but this is the retail cashback but not £5 rewards each month for 2 DDs and logging into app. I remember seeing this on their website a while ago but now cant.

Just called Ulster Bank to find out what is happening with my application. The lead time on processing applications is currently around 3 weeks

Good to know as I think I am behind you in the queue. But I instructed my switch as part of the application process so at least I know I will hit the November deadline. Now just a waiting game. And perhaps other switch offers will materialise in the meantime!!ischris85 said:Just called Ulster Bank to find out what is happening with my application. They then went on to say if applications take longer to process, it would expire and then you would be required to reapply. I think Ulster have been taking lessons from TSBgranta said:

Like others, I have now received a text and email to confirm my account switch but no email/letter to confirm my new bank details. I'm glad I'm not switching my main account.0

I must be a day behind you in the queue as I have now received the same! Feel like I am switching into an account in the ether..ischris85 said:Like others, I have now received a text and email to confirm my account switch but no email/letter to confirm my new bank details. So I've now received a letter from Ulster Bank asking to send ID by post. As I don't have a NI driving license, this means sending a passport. Has anyone else had to do this and was a certified copy ok? I don't understand why I have to do this on top of the YooHoo Id verification, especially as I received a confirmation that it had been accepted.0
