no I read the letter carefully about 5 times and did exactly as it said, just signed the form and returned it. I don't know what the supporting documents parts are referring to, maybe it's a general covering letter and envelope?
I've received the same today. As they haven't specified what if any supporting documents they require I'll just send the signed form.

The text on the form they require to be signed and returned opens with "Please read and keep the following information". I can't keep it and post it back  :/
The form had a tick box for receiving the fcsc factsheet, which hadn't been sent to me so I didn't tick it :/

They sent me a text today after i had signed and returned "the form" asking me to call them on a freefone number, they wanted 3 months bank statements + 3 months payslips sent to them as i stupidly ticked the box for £250 overdraft, so i cancelled the application as they are unable to cancel the overdraft option their end, and will re-apply early next week.
    Regards

Had a text from them, after I sent in my form, confirming my account will be switched in 10 days. Problem is, I don't have any details about my new account with them.

Yes, they seem more unorganised then Natwest and RBS.

IIRC, the sort code and account number where given at the end of the application but if you haven't made a note of them, you would have to wait until you get your debit card, or your online activation code so that you can log in. These should arrive within a few days.

Generally speaking, unless you switch a 'disposable donor' account, you should never go ahead with a switch request before you haven't got complete online access, as well as you card and your PIN. Too late for this one but one to remember for next time.

Interesting, I didn't get the sort code and account number at the end of my application - only an application reference.

My experience is the same as ischris85 above, I just have an application reference which I noted down. You mentioned already having a savings account with them in an earlier post, perhaps that might be why your experience differed.

Just got another text. 'Your recent application has been successful and your account is now opened'. A little more information than that would have been appreciated...
  • Me too, reference number and a "we have more checks to do and we will be in touch"
Then a text to confirm the switch is in progress.
I'm sure it will be fine.

Anyone else have to verify their ID using HooYu? Surprised they don't use DigiDocs like Natwest and RBS.
