It will be a no spends day today. Number 11 for March.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is gammon and chips with some of the eggs we picked up at the weekend.
Tonight's jobs are:- cleaning the bathrooms
- vacuuming the house
- load of washing (which will hopefully be dry when we get home)
- walking the dog

Not a no spends day today. We need to go to the shops after work and pick a few bits up for the weekend.

Another 2 weeks and we are off in our first trip of the year in our caravan. To a site we have been before and only about an hour away. Looking forward to this year as I look after my GK’s after school but as my DIL is soon to go on maternity leave, I won’t be used as much so can pop off for a few hols. Got a few pre booked and just waiting to see what happens with the weather.xx

We are going to a close friend's house for the weekend. They are renovating the bungalow so we said we would provide our own accommodation. 🤣🤣🤣Sun_Addict said:Where are you off to this weekend?
Easier with the dog anyway.2 -
It won't be no spends today but it won't be a heavy spends day either. Probably just a few drinks at the pub later.
Breakfast is scrambled eggs on toast and lunch and dinner will be at our friends house today. We are getting there for midday and they said they will have a quick lunch ready before we set off on the walk to the pub.
They reckon it's about a 10 mile round walk to the pub they have in mind and back so the dog will be happy.
Not sure what's for dinner later but I know it will be nice. Our friend is a great cook.
It will be nice to have a good catch up and a natter before they head back over to Spain to their boat for the Spring.2 -
How lovely to have someone cook for you. Have a good time 🍻I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2
