I'm surprised you got any signal at all in deepest Lincolnshire @RelievedSheff.
Thanks @joedenise / @RelievedSheff / @milann re slimming world. Unfortunately my wife goes through phases when she's not sensible about food when a plan focused on healthy eating with variety would be good. She put on enough weight to be allowed to give blood, donated blood and we're back on chicken salad lol. Her clothes actually fit her properly for once but she knows best ha usual pattern will turn into upset over losing strength in a couple of weeks fml can't win so just put up, not worth it for the sake of eating chicken salad for a couple of weeks really.2 -

Not a no spends day today. We have had to pop to the shop this morning to pick a couple of bits up.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. Breakfast was crumpets, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is a mixed vegetable omelette with chips and vegetables made with some of the fresh eggs we picked up at the weekend.
Tonight's jobs are:- vacuuming the house
- load of washing (which will hopefully be dry when we get home)
- cleaning the kitchen

I also bought the other half's birthday present and a new harness and tag for the dog from Ebay which I foolishly managed to end up putting on the Ebay Credit account rather than the debit card so I need to update the balance on that now. No great harm done. It will still get paid off in the next couple of months.0 -
