We had a lovely day yesterday. The weather was just right for walking. Catching up with friends was lovely.

We will shortly be joining them for breakfast and we are going out for another walk after breakfast.  The dog is shattered we will have to drag him out of bed this morning 🤣🤣🤣

After our walk we will head home. I need to nip to the shops for some bread on the way home. Dinner later is roast chicken and all the trimmings.

£393 paid to the motorhome HP loan today and £100 sent to Card 6. Other than that it is a no spends day, number 12 for March.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. Breakfast was crumpets, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is chicken jalfrezi with pilau rice, onion bahji and naan bread.

    Todays jobs include:
    • vacuuming the house
    • dusting the house
    • walking the dog

Not a no spends day today. We have been and put some diesel in the car this morning. That's getting ridiculous now. 35 litres was £58!!

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is homemade fish pie with a root veg mash topping and some fresh veggies. I made the root veg mash last night so it is only an assembly job when I get home and bunging them in the oven.

The weather looks set to be really nice today. I am at the doctors after work for my contraceptive implant replacing so the other half will take the dog for a walk in the park in town while I am there. Not planning any jobs after work tonight. Might sit out in the garden tonight if it is warm enough.
  • Hope you do manage to get out in the garden, it's still quite murky here so I'm hoping it's going to brighten up soon.  Fish pie sounds delicious, enjoy!

Your balances are coming down nicely, under £32k now 😁 I like fish pie with root veg mash too.
