alt80 said:Shame re boat mooring place done now I 100% out of there onto the motor home life can go anywhere in the roads onto the continent or Scotland or something up in mountains by the sea. it’s going to be amazing mate. Looking forward to hearing from you on the road following. That dove on your window is a good sign for the van I think.
Get that ltv in next bracket payments down a bit and could be more money for your vanget a bigger one or something idk
We have all fingers crossed that the house valuation comes back into the next bracket. No great loss if not we will still have the slightly lower rate to fall back on.
The dove did cheer me up somewhat and make me smile.3 -
Hit me up re solicitor anytime. I’ve got a good one NG based think there’s a Sheffield office.

It won't be a no spends day today. We are heading out to a quiet stretch of coast to do some fossil hunting so we will have a fish and chips lunch while we are there.
Breakfast and dinner will be from stores though. Egg and soldiers for breakfast and vegetable quiche and chips for dinner tonight.
The other half had his vaccination invite yesterday so he has that booked in for next Saturday.3 -
Marina people sound awful and manipulative. Do battle but it sounds like getting it down to £400 wouldn't be the worst case so don't let them spoil things.
I like collared doves - so pretty. Unlike the big and daft wood pigeons. We had some in our garden all summer - I hope they reappear.
Mortgage news sounds all positive - you're so close to being fully back to getting best market rates for everything, what a difference a house move makes lol.

Hopefully the change in the weather will keep the mad crowds away 🤔1 -

Fingers crossed we can get a decent balance transfer offer in July and then it will be best rates for everything 😀1 -
Have a great day. The rules dont forbid travel as long as you dont stay overnight. Keep fighting for that £400 you never know you may win.

We were surprised just how quiet the beach was today. Hardly a soul around. It was a beautiful day for some fossil hunting. The dog loved it.
It didn't cost a great deal for the day either. £2 for parking, £10 for fish and chips twice and £8 for some brandy snaps, humbugs and honeycomb from the sweet stall.
We have just got back home and arranged our new pebbles in the garden. The dog is crashed out in his kitchen bed.
Think we will have half an hour chilling out and then get showered and changed before we settle in with a few beers and a couple of films.4 -
That looks beautiful. No wonder the dog enjoyed himself.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1
