Great news mate, congratulations 🥂front what you say I’m sure the van will be fine so just a formality.
Had to smile at the dog walking through the water on the lead looks far too deep for him to walk through easily.3 -
Great news @RelievedSheff about the van. Hope it's as good in the flesh as it is in the pictures you've seen. I wouldn't worry about the mileage at all. After all the engines are built to do 0000s of miles and it won't have been thrashed! I would be more concerned about a van with very low mileage - the engines are designed to be used not just sat around.

The van looks spot on from the pictures and a massive saving from new for a 2.5 year old van.
Will be getting a new mattress don't worry 🤣🤣🤣
We have decided the nearly 15k saving on a second hand van is worth it. Just got to wait for it to be delivered now.2 -
@RelievedSheff haha FML your dog is funny. Mine’s an idiot too got him tonight at home, will take him for a walk in the morning and wife will be back.
Brilliant news re van. Glad it looks a good one. As for the mattress FML I’m tripping off at the thought of ever staying in a hotel again after this conversation on here lol. It’s killing me, properly paranoid some previous guest has wet the bed or something honestly mate I’ll be signing up for one of those !!!!!! vans myself next year if the wife insists on holidays ha. Wife says I’m being ridiculous as usual but having grew up in a B&B 100% there are some disgustingly dirty people in the world lol.

Hope the Van turns out to be what you are looking for and good that you will not be taking the depreciation hit by buying it from new.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. How exciting about the MH 😀 Is it the same make and model you originally wanted? 6-8 weeks is perfect timing for getting out and about in the summer weather too ☀️MFW 2022 #71 £4400/£44000

We will order a refillable gas kit nearer the delivery date and the chap is keeping the Avtex TV for his new van so we need to buy a new one. But other than that it is pretty much good to go.
We can start planning some holidays now 😃2 -

This one will still lose a bit of value but not nearly as much, a few grand over a few years judging by the ones that do crop up for sale.

It should be a no spends day today.
Breakfast and dinner will be from stores. Full English for breakfast and then we have roast lamb and all the trimmings for dinner later.
Not sure what else we are doing today. We need to take the dog out somewhere for a long walk but not sure where yet.1 -
Many happy holidays in th new van. I forsee exciting times ahead. Have a great day whatever you decide to do.
