It will be a no spends day today.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. Breakfast was cereals, the other half has taken his packed lunch to work, I am having vegetable rice for my lunch and dinner tonight is a chilli pancake bake made with a turkey mince chilli. This is similar to enchilladas but made with pancakes instead of using tortilla wraps.
Today's jobs include:- working from home
- load of washing
- cleaning the insides of the windows
- walking the dog x 2

I’m intrigued re pancake enchiladas- is this something you’ve come up with yourself or an actual thing?1

It is something we first made years ago. Not sure if it is an actual thing or we have made it up to be honest but it is delicious I can tell you that much.alt80 said:I’m intrigued re pancake enchiladas- is this something you’ve come up with yourself or an actual thing?3 -
I think I've seen the pancake enchiladas somewhere in recipe land. It's a great way to give a nod towards pancake day by incorporating it into your evening meal.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

Have had a look at this months budget and we are well under budget for this month so I have made a £250 over payment to the furniture loan.
With this overpayment and the interest adjustment of £36.03 there is now only £200.29 owing on that account which I hope to be able to clear next week and then that is another account settled and closed.6 -
Great news 🥳 At least there are some positives coming out of lockdown.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

Just rummaging in my purse for 29p - it will look so much tidier lol.
I think your diary will get many references for how to manage a debt repayment plan and live well at the same time.

Absolutely. We will be in a much better financial position when this lock down is finally lifted than when it started.Sun_Addict said:Great news 🥳 At least there are some positives coming out of lockdown.
Just hope that we can keep up the overpayments once lockdown is lifted. It would be nice to see the back of Card 3 before we buy the motorhome, but we are not going to pinch the budget too hard. We do need to live as well. Although with the boat hopefully gone as well we will have a fair bit of annual budget saving there as well to play with.5
