It won't be a no spends day today but it will be low spends. We didn't get to the farm shop yesterday so we will need to go today to get this weeks fruit and vegetables.

Breakfast will be from stores today. Full English breakfast as its the weekend. We are having a take away curry tonight for dinner.

Other than that we don't have much planned. There will be the usual long dog walk. I need to make some more chilli pickled eggs at some point as well. The last batch have gone. Need to make a new batch of tattie scones as well to stick in the freezer.

I suspect we will end up on the sofa watching films with a few beers again later on.
  • Just heard from the guy buying the boat. He wants to set a completion date of the 25th February which is later than we had initially anticipated but it doesn't really make any odds to us provided it is completed before the 28th when the insurance expires.
I know you don't want to use the money for repaying any of the debt as it is ring fenced for the motor home but it will save paying interest and may avoid you having to make 1 or even 2 new applications for BT cards depending on limit and get you a better rate for the motor home finance as that may be high given you will still have the CCJ and only recently did the remortgage. Or are you applying for that first?

The motorhome money is staying completely separate to the debt repayments.

The CCJ may well be gone by the time we apply for the motorhome finance as we have to find the right van first and we don't know how long that will take.

It all depends on how quickly we find a van as to what order we do things in.

Yes the ground is frozen solid. Even the mud on our park has frozen.
