Metro Bank refer a friend offer

i am just missing one bonus. after extensive (5 minutes) investigation it can only be one of two people i referred. i have messaged everyone involved with me and RaF so once more, thank you for using me to refer you.
for anyone else wanting to signup, this offer is still running so pop on to the referrals board and choose a referrer.0 -
Am I the only one who has not received any referral credits? As far as I know all 5 of mine were used and at least one person has confirmed they have received their reward for opening the account.1

Am going to assume that only 2 of the 5 forumites I shared the reference to followed the terms.
Still happy with £100 so thanks to Colsten and others on this.0 -
There's still time for them to complete the terms .veryintrigued said:Am going to assume that only 2 of the 5 forumites I shared the reference to followed the terms.

31 October secure message sent complaint re £50 refer a friend not added within terms and conditions timescale
3 November reply received asking me to phone about it
5th November reply received saying could raise complaint via secure message, needed me to quote account number it relates to even though I only hold 1 account
6th November reply received repeating above reply even though I quoted account number when I replied to 5th November replyI have replied asking if a robot has been replying to my secure messages and asking for responses to be reviewed with my apparent concern about very poor responses wasting my time added to my complaintGet asked whether want to stay logged in, click yes and guess what " an error occured" logged out, so much for a "ethical bank"

Just received an email from metro
YOUR REFER A FRIEND PAYMENT IS ON ITS WAY
We’re thrilled you’ve switched your Current Account to Metro Bank – it’s great to have you with us.
We’ve made your payment
As promised, we’ve sent you £50 for switching to Metro Bank through our Refer a Friend offer. You should see the payment in your new Current Account within the next 24 hours. If not, please let us know.

Badly worded as I (assume) I had 2 forumites take up the offer as I received £100) but the email only refers to 'friend' (singular).
Still am happy with the £100 - even if its less than I could've got and the email was layer than the payment.

I had 2 (out of 5 expected) emails about the referred friend payment. I can't tell which friend these emails relate to.
No email about switching myself via the offer.
I had 2 payments 2 days ago - one type A and one type B one.
It's a bit messy. I'll give them a few more days to send me more money.......
