My instincts are to always to never gamble with the t&c's. Just pay the £500 in from the start and then also again each month in the next 2 months to make sure, as it's no hardship paying £500 in and back out same day.0 -

...so in other words their RaF system has not worked at all for anyone.
for anyone involved with me regarding RaF, i'll give it another week then pursue and be in touch with you too if needed.3 -

As suspected, £50 was not paid into my account today.....message sent to formally register a complaint as i know the person in complaints i spoke to will not have registered my complaint as she was (allegedly) rectifying the situation.

How rubbish are Metro with this?
They did this offer to gain customers who may stick with them ....
But this dog's dinner will only put customers off.
Compare this with the Octopus energy switch offer, which went smoothly for all my referred people
and we all got our £50s and £100s yesterday, soon after the switch !1 -

Yes, I spoke too soon, maybe.
I got £100 in account now -presumably £50 for my new account and £50 for one of my referrals
but no indication of which referral it refers to1
