Third load of washing in the machine already. The weather forecast is good for the next few days over here in Plague Town oops, sorry, Plague City. Laundry folded and returned, All food from stores. Long list of things to do, and the football starts back again this afternoon. If today ends with a few mirrors on walls instead of just leaning up against walls, then it has been a success.Going to think wildly out of the box for school lunchboxes this week.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Sorry all, I keep trying to catch on reading and then forget to post! SFD number 5 yesterday
Really tired this weekend but we’ve got guests and going out to eat lots, this is not a MSE weekend! Although went out last night and didn’t spend anything.
Today I’m trying to juggle the housework with having guests here, they are currently out with my boyfriend’s mum so I’m dashing round sorting the house (and reading up on here!)
I don’t think we’ll get much longer before we have positive cases at our school, rates in our area are high and our school is huge and already we have had students who started the week now isolating as other household members are positive. It’s going to be an interesting school year!LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

There is literally nothing you can do about it Fmess, apart from make sure you and yours wash their hands and keep the distance. One of our local schools has banned crisps from lunch boxes as kids will lick their fingers. Next they will insist on eating grapes with chopsticks! I think we need to invent a Turtle-Disinfecto-Cannon for school use.I went out and stocked up on Mr Twin1ngs 's Earl Grey teabags from Mr M's Shopping Emporium - £3.50 instead of the £5 I have been buying them at for months. Went and shopped all the price cuts. The pantry is full to bursting in readiness for the kids being sent home to quarantine. It is coming. I am prepared. I might not have to buy another teabag this year. Spent all my postal survey vouchers as well, so lunchboxes this week are filled for free for as long as we need them. .It is actually ridiculously hot here already, so am going to stick another load of laundry on the line. Making hay while the sun shines.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Good afternoon ☀
Bagged a NSD yesterday and today. Brother and his wife kindly treated me to dinner which was super-kind of them.
Today = NSD number 5
Thanks Apple for the de-clutter list. Definitely some things on their I hadn't thought of like toiletries. Had a nice lazy morning, then been to the gym and will go out for a walk later. Going to sit down this afternoon and see if I can shave a bit off my debt.

Today I am grateful for overhearing the chit chat of 2 beefy men at the gym - honestly, they were like 2 old fisherwomen!; for finding a complete needlefelting kit for £3 in a ch shop which has some lovely colours in it; for the crafterzoom organised by my big sis; for still having a lot of rasps ripening in the garden; for another bagful of stuff gone to the ch shop; for the f+v van at the local community centre.

Saturday- still on NSD 7/15- did a food shop - not a huge one as plan for the week is to use up some bits from the freezer and cupboard, but still needed some bits to make complete meals, and lunch box bits. Small steps again with the sorting- some bed linen into a rag bag and a very small amount of paperwork divided between recycling and filing. I really am hoping that all my tiny steps will eventually start to make a difference- no visible change has happened yet!
Gratitudes-scented candles (with no guilt as I'm decluttering them!), lots of dog walks today with no rain, an unexpected meeting with a friend when walking

Morning, hope everyone is having a good weekend.
Yesterday I took DD2 to uni to unpack her stuff. She's in a shared house again; house is nice but her room has a very sloped ceiling making it a challenge to fit furniture in a practical way. Poor DD2 was on the verge of tears but thankfully we've taken out a shelf unit & moved her desk & with her things in it looks nice. Some of her housemates have huge bedrooms & they're all paying the same rent but that's life I guess. We went for lunch & DD2 came back home as she has a few more days work.
Health - I'm not doing great with eating better but I did do 3 exercise classes last week & had a couple of early morning walks.
Wealth - paid a bit more to debt so my CC debt is in the 2ks. DD2 has enjoyed working & offered to do 3 days next week so that helps us both.
Me time - have done some reading. Was going to my book group on Friday eve but we cancelled as decided meeting in person was a risk. So i met one of my book group friends in a pub garden instead which was far more enjoyable! Also had my hair cut which I love:)
Decluttering - now DD2's stuff is at uni its cleared a little space in the garage & she has a bag for the CS too so that all helps.
Love Deni
