NST September 2020: the turtles do the Hokey Cokey

Thanks apple for this month's challenge.
Managed 23 NSD's this month.
Today I had to chase an order as only part of it came today.   Have been continuing with my job search this month.
Grateful for:
Chilled out afternoon and evening.
Online training this morning.
Getting a few things ready to deal with tomorrow.

Thanks for running September apple. It rained so I didn't go out. Watched some old films and did more sewing, made a start on the remaining stuff in my room.  Trying to work out which tasks give most reward for the least effort.
Grateful for hot water, sewing (very few colours and lots of colour blocks), thinking of  a couple of things that will make life simpler.

Well, September just flew by and I'm still reeling from it. Returning to school and the subsequent ginormous increase in social interaction fair wore me out. And it still does, but I'm slowly getting used to it. A new evening schedule with dd doing 3 evening activities threw me too. I have made it to a paltry 13 - yes, thirteen - nsds. My lowest number since I joined almost 7 years ago...

However, I have been consistent with my exercise and have eaten much better. I am meditating more and am enjoying a cracking 10-book series. Some stuff has left the house, and we are having work done that needs doing.

Overall, it has been an unsettling month and I'm looking forward to imposing a little more order and calm in October.

Today I am grateful for not getting too soaked in the rain, for a good day at work, for dd knuckling under with her hwk, for plenty of food in the house, for having a good life, for being warm and snug inside.
