Tuesday NSD 12/15, I will get there- not enough money left in the budget not to!
20000 steps again, but not much decluttering- DD spilt a cup of fizzy water and made a wicker-type coaster all sticky and horrible so that went in the bin, but that's not going to make much difference to the amount of stuff to pack 😂
Gratitudes- DDs current happy attitude seems to be lasting, cupboard supplies are starting to look reduced, guilt free candle burning as I can count it as essential decluttering7 -
Hiya, going to read through all your posts later. Had a lovely 4 days off work, went somewhere different every day, weather was kind. Did lot of coastal walks and got dragged up a mountain with a friend. Probably not the best idea as I am still struggling with dizzyness when I bend my head down. Just been to Bootes and given motion sickness tablets. See how that goes. Had it over well over a week now. Worse in work looking down at paperwork.Agreed to get my patio done, whilst I was off, moment of madness but looking forward to seeing it done hopefully today after work. So October challenge, signed up and keen to get back to savvy ways.Think I spent most of my days off small treats, exception of Sunday, local zoo trip with grandkids but it was my big holiday this year and no cost for accomodation, travelling from home.Today NSDGrateful for£40 sainsbob voucher for taking my car ins out with my bank.Dry day - hopefully new patio doneMeeting so many lovely people on the walks.LBM 13039 1.1.13 Now £0 Finally Debt FreeMortgage free Oct 2019:)EFund/savings £25000 10/11/227

Hey Turtles!
I've been exercising and eating fairly well this week. On Monday I ran along the river 20 min, yesterday managed 25min and today 20min. It was hard as I had woken up today feeling quite rubbish. Had to force myself outside. Must persevere as I did feel a little better. Missing the gym but not keen on having to wear the mask while running, or the risk of the gym closing.
No takeaways or eating out this week so far. But no NSDs either as had to buy some things (birth control pills - €16 a month here but cheaper than a baby hey - need to get someone to post my prescription from UK)
Today should be an NSD but not going to count it just yet!
Applied for 2 jobs-
worked a lot on my spanish. Average 2-3 hours per day. Want to get this up to 4 as there is no excuse while I’m not working full time and it is the quickest way I’ll become more employable.
spoke to Mum and Dad separately yesterday. Bought cards to send to various people just need to pull finger out and write them.
Student loan £5655

Today I am grateful for working with some lovely people, for the rain holding off until the end of the school day, for dh using the buses and letting dd and me use the car to get to and from swimming, for dd continuing to get better, for trying out new tech skills.

Wednesday- still on NSD 12/15- had to buy milk and bread, so would have been a very low spend day but I also made a horse related bay-of-e purchase, so that increased it a bit. Never mind Thursday is pay day.
Bag of stuff to the bin, another box mostly full for the CS and a small rag bag ready to go as well.
Gratitudes- a good long horse ride, more tomatoes, more empty spaces in the house (a storage section in my coffee table is now empty).

NSD No 16 now
Bought a bottle of gin from Amazon to be delivered for my friend's birthday and had it delivered to her as we won't see her now. Also bought some ingredients online for the Boy as he wants to try Japanese cuisine and doesn't actually have a clue. Not sure that I do either but we'll see.
I've sorted out the next four week budget and it looks OK. Really have to keep a close eye on spending, though. Finalised our order from Tesco to be delivered to the holiday accommodation. Quite a lot of basics not available. I suspect that there is a bit of stockpiling going on. Very few shops where we are going so we'll just have to adapt and take what we can with us. Luckily there is an extremely good butcher.
Lots to do tomorrow.
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.7 -
Today I have been brave. Well it feels very brave, I have contacted 3 roofers about my roof and now I get to wait on visits and quotes. Biting the bullet and prepping for winter. I need a new roof.Small £3 spend due to looking for something to do while waiting the 45 minutes between work and picking up the kids. Must remember to put a book in the car, it will stop silly little spends.Someone in our building got a positive Covid result, can't believe they took a test and then went on a course with a bunch of other people. If you take a test, isolate until you get your result!! So there was a bit of drama while they clarified with PHE what (if anything) we needed to do because of shared areas (toilets and reception).Roll on the weekend I have had enough of September.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Evening all. Payday today so I have paid off my vet bill and sorted out all finances for October. Doesn't look too bad. Still waiting for a start date for my zero hours part time job, hopefully get one soon as I only have one shift of overtime for the main job in October and want to get some extra money in if I can!
I was naughty yesterday and signed up for the new Winnie the Pooh coin collection from the Royal mint. I have a couple of random coins and just really liked the look of these so signed up, they are released over the next two years and you only pay when each coin is released. Hopefully they will keep their value!
Not much else to report. Have a referral to a specialist for my back which I am very grateful for. Also grateful for a little walk in the rain just now and a cosy home.5 -
Hi I am very relaxed now but feel a bit sad as my life work balance is all wrong, so much sitting in front of a screen I'm worried I'll get ill.
Not complaining though that I get to work at this point in time, there is not much going around.
Will eventually read everything.

Thursday NSD 13/15.
Work all day, no spends, minimal exercise, a bit more stuff sorted out. Have no enthusiasm to do any more!
Tomorrow might be better.
Gratitudes- dinner from the freezer, progress even if it's slow, a plan.6
