Right I've emailed you the command prompt thingy (technical term!) but in case you're still monitoring this thread, I can now get in every time through favourites, and while still not "normal" it's all a bit less slow than it wasYou never get a second chance to make a first impression.0

My 2p worth - I'm not technically-minded to do whats suggested.
My broadband provider is Virgin Media (now theres a surprise!! - not) and I have a Vista pc if thats any help.
I've been getting hiccuping away and couldnt get in at all tonight until I decided to try my "history" bit on my pc and have got in that way.0 -
I can't do the technical stuff either but I am with tiscali (for my sins) as they are generally rubbish anyway, but I can't blame them for this or can I?0

To anyone who thinks their not technical enough to do the "command" bit, I am totally untechnical, but the instructions are right on the button and it's very easy to do. Honestly:DYou never get a second chance to make a first impression.0
