Just got a reply from POPLA, decision unsuccessful.

You need to keep all correspondence in case you end up with a court claim. You do know (I am sure) that a POPLA decision is not binding on the motorist, even if the PPC and/or their tame legals try to tell you so.6

Am I in danger of linking my case to this thread if I paste the reply (with paragraphs) ?
Essentially, I had time to leave so the machines not working is not good enough. And he didn't have a problem with the signs, or the land owner authority or the ANPR.1 -

It seems as if the PPC's are spending less and less in maintaining their car parks. They are the only organisations I know that benefit from the lack of providing a service.

Yes, of course. Otherwise they file claim at your old addresss, and the first you k ow is a ccj when you apply for a mortgage.5
