Hiya All, I just about managed to call MH Direct today. Guy answered and told me to email them, he then went on to say that they have about 6000 emails but I would get my claim form today. I'm still waiting and have not had any reply for the claim form.0

I have had an absolute nightmare with MH Direct, I paid for one delivery it was eventually sent back to me after a week. Uncontactable, so I paid for another. THey have not collected it, 48 hours later. I really would not recommend using htem, they are horrible.
I am going to pay for Parcelforce now and give up, I will take the item (which is big and bulky) to the Post Office.
Could anyone tell me, can I drop it off at any Post Office, and is there any time limit on it? I.e. if I pay for the parcelforce at 9am, can I drop off at post office at say 9:15am? I see on the PF website there is a choice of Post Office or Parcelforce Depot. Is it correct that any post office listed there would take it?
If I drop it off tomorrow, when would it actually be delivered? The buyer is very angry and I have already agreed a partial refund due to nightmare caused by MH Direct/DHL, and I just want it off my hands.0 -

When you pay you print off a barcoded label, the PO scan this and can see its been paid, you can take it seconds afterwards, i dont think all PO's take parcells the larger ones will.
Depends on when the Parcelforce collection is at the PO to wether it goes the same day, i guess if you take it before lunch you will be ok0 -
Does anybody know whether Parcelforce deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail.
I.e. would my parcel arrive Saturday or Tuesday?
It is quite a bulky parcel (120cm long) which makes me think it might not go out with the post van.
Any ideas?0 -

Hi
Parcelforce are a seperate company to Royal Mail. Parcelforce deliver their own stuff.
Unless the premium of saturday delivery is payed for, it will be delivered on a Monday - Friday.
Hope That Helps0 -
Don't forget also that this coming weekend we have no postal collections or deliveries tomorrow or Monday.
Some buyers certainly haven't realised that as I sold something last night to a buyer who wants it urgently on Friday and almost called me a liar (she told me she thought I was wrong and is going to check herself today) when I told her there was no post tomorrow.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I had a bad experience with MH Direct, no pick up for two days ending up posting the parcel, then DHL turned up on 3rd day. Asked for a refund by email which they agreed to, but didn't materialise until I raised a Paypal dispute.
Does anyone have any experience of using PayPerParcel or Direct Parcel Delivery?
Thanks in advance.0 -

I am using DPD at the moment, and i have to say, it is a great company. The only downside is that they take nochex instead of paypal, but for £6, who cares!!
Parcelforce always turn up to pick the parcels up on time, same friendly driver too. Always delivered next day, so its a great service! I would happily recommend them!0 -
Having a very bad experience with Supaparcels after they admitted the illegal disposal of my goods
I've noticed via their ebay website ( & personal experience)that should anything go wrong with their carriers they absolve themselves of all responsibility & its a real struggle to get even your courier charges back (let alone compensation).
I've just had a high value consignement go missing with them, I had to ask them!!!! after 7 days (on a guaranteed 2 day service) when i could expect delivery, only to be told that my goods had been disposed of without my permission!!!
They have refused to reimbuse me for the value of the consignment or courier charges, hiding behind obscure details on their terms & conditions (prohibited goods, improperly packaged, no invoice etc).
The goods were not prohibited, improperly packaged & i had a receipt for payment.
The company??? can find no details at company house, are currently under criminal investigation by berkshire police & i have to start civil procedings to try to get my money back.
PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company or any of their associates if you value your goods0
