Yes and yes. I've had to send the parcel by post as I cannot stay in indefinately waiting for collection. I emailed them a number of times yesterday to ask for confirmation that it would be collected and was told they had booked a collection, but still no one turned up. I even went out and checked that my doorbell was working!!!0 -

Maybe contact your local depot (DHL Depot Numbers are on my website http://tkpeters.co.uk) & see what happened to the booking.
Do you have a another street locally with the same name, as some towns have abc street, abc road, abc close & abc avenue & the driver may have been going to the wrong address0 -
