Have you had the confirmation email for CouriersDirect & are all the address details correct?

If so, forward the confirmation mail to info@mhdirectcouriers.co.uk
or contact Mike on 0871 288 7296

Yes and yes. I've had to send the parcel by post as I cannot stay in indefinately waiting for collection. I emailed them a number of times yesterday to ask for confirmation that it would be collected and was told they had booked a collection, but still no one turned up. I even went out and checked that my doorbell was working!!!

Maybe contact your local depot (DHL Depot Numbers are on my website http://tkpeters.co.uk) & see what happened to the booking.

Do you have a another street locally with the same name, as some towns have abc street, abc road, abc close & abc avenue & the driver may have been going to the wrong address
