Try capital_trades,very good with communication and very friendly, they even offer 20p discount if you pay to their bank account.
they're allowed to sell their service by DHL so your parcels are safe

however i doubt 20p is worth losing all buyer protection

Why not just use and established parcel company like interparcel, PTG or the post office?

All the cheepo ebay parcel companies seem to end up nosediving in the same way...

sorry I'm not trying to promote anyone here but take an example capital_trades they're authorised reseller hence why i use them,my parcels are safe with them and helpful.

I swaped from deal5-direct to capital_trades and i do send an average 40-60 parcels per week with total saving of £12 by using their bank account.

what protection you gonna get with paypal? the only thing you get back is £6.49 what the service is worth.
most important is the seller provide a £100 insurance for my parcels and i'm happy:j

nothing is guaranty in life, take northern rock here today.... gone tomorrow!!.
is it because they sell on ebay? I will agree with you if the company is not allowed to sell the service then it's not safe.
i can show you flashy websites, they look genuine companies who are not allowed to sell the service.

I was using PPD until they stopped selling on eBay last year and I agree with most of you the customers service side was v. poor.

A lot of these agents seem happy to take our money but when a problem arises they don't issue you with a phone number! Emails are a waste of time when you have an angry buyer threatening to take the payment back from paypal.

However, the team from payperparcel who btw I had to call first and got a nice girl called Louise on the line not only answered my call but was keen to help me and pesuaded me to try them out. I have now been using them since January and the system is excellent as I get a label at the
end of each payment and a pdf invoice for my records plus my customers can see the tracking details. I always get someone on the phone and they have restored my faith in courier services once again! So trust me you cannot go wrong with this company. Blimey I should get some free parcels for this!!! :rotfl:

I've just signed up to Saletrackparcels after following the link above. I have to say that the service and the overall professionalism has so far been excellent, tracking is even easier than DHL themselves, the system constantly emails your customer to keep them updated on the parcel and the great thing is that you get sent a huge supply of self seal postal sacks and labels which saves a bit more!

Has a much more confident feel about it than the other resellers, parcel2go were a day late collecting from me last week and I never got so much as an apology out of them!

I'll report back if I have any problems but right now I feel confident that these are the way forward!

    Cheers

Keep us all informed if you could, meanwhile it's worth noting that you aren't allowed links in your signature to commercial websites ;)
