Any Recent Leeds Building Society applicants?

I just had a little update from the Broker, she said Leeds said they don’t anticipate to finish assessing my case until the 26th August due to the 10 working days turnaround at the moment (I sent the documents back on this pat Monday so this would be 10 working days exactly). But she also said the valuation had come back as expected I feel much better now as I’m working to an actual date rather than just being in limbo.

I know, it would have been four and a half weeks by the time it’s assessed for me! My broker did say it might be quicker but leeds official answer was that it wouldn’t be by the end of business on 26th August.

Valuation booked for this week now due to cancelled booking.. MA is saying wont be near offer until 10days after.

I got an email from my MA on Saturday telling us our offer had been issued - absolutely buzzing! Hopefully you'll all be hearing soon too, they must be making decent progress through the list of underwriting now!

Hi - How long after Valuation did you recieve offer? Was you asked any more questions prior to offer? Oh, Congrats

We had our valuation on Thursday 6th and the Monday before that they'd requested an extra pay slip off me but that was it

We had our Valuation same day aswell, hopefully this means we might progressing more than i thought (however bank didn't recieve valuation back until Wednesday 12th)
