    Thanks :) - Called them up as i was being impatient as usual and told me just been offered. Emailed me the stuff straight through.

    ive just had a update from broker. They contacted Leeds but they said they wouldn’t have anything till next Thursday!! That will be 5 weeks since full application went in. 
    First time buyer- Shared ownership- 13/7 DIP Leeds- soft search- 20/7 told we got house-21/7 instructed solicitor- 27/7 sales memo and full application- 30/7 hard search- 3/8 mortgage declaration sent- 6/8 told valuation complete
    13/08 questions from underwriters 
    17/08 letter to say initial assessment completed.
    20/8 Broker says it will be another week until more communication from Leeds.
    27/08 Mortgage approved

    My valuation is being done today, can I ask how long after it was done did leeds have acknowledged it and recieved the report?

    Mine took about 4 days after Valuation to be acknowledged - I had to contact them to find this out

    There must be a difference in processing times between Brokers and Direct - I went Direct
