So frustrating. Part of me wants to call them myself but then I don’t want to take them away from getting things done. I appreciate they are extremely busy but I have so much riding on this. I’d wait until Thursday and then contact them! I’ve tried to stick to the timeline they’ve given me just so they don’t get shirty as I understand they are busy. It’s just so painful waiting isn’t it???0

I’m waiting for my valuation to be done on Wednesday (hopefully) and then awaiting a mortgage offer. I’m a little nervous about these timelines. Especially with the Bank holiday0

Hi, everyone,
so if you have gone via a broker with leeds, is the queue longer then if you go directly? on their website it states 10 working days for documents to be assed via a underwriter?
I am hoping it may be shorter as my application went in on 10th July so been waiting a long time!
Any advice will be grateful

@hollybryan2013 have you sent them your payslip yet? It will be 10 working days from whenever you send that back.

My application went in 24/07 valuation has been done and they asked for more documents. Broker has told me its 7 working days to look at valuations and then a few days to asses them, 6 days for documents and then 3 days after once the final review is complete to issue an offer. So I think I'm looking at end of next week at best, when ever I've phoned leeds though (which is only once) they normally dont give much away and say I will have an update by end of week, which normally involves more documents and bank statements. Agree with others with having alot riding on this.. what will be will be I guess.0

My valuation was done last Monday and assessed by the Friday so I think it might vary person to person.0
