When you say asssessed what did they say? Had my valuation last Tuesday and on Thursday the broker got this from Leeds ..

The property valuation has been received and noted on our processing system. Please ensure that any further outstanding requirements, where appropriate, are satisfied urgently, in order that a Mortgage Offer may be issued. If there are no further items outstanding, an Offer will be issued to you and your client(s) as soon as possible.”

  • My broker spoke to Leeds and said the valuation had been assessed and came back as expected. That’s all she said :)

I had the same as Stampy. I’ve had questions which I’ve answered straight away. Waiting to get results if they are happy with that.

Mine took about a week from Valuation being received to offer so fingers crossed, you may receive something today
  • @hollybryan2013 have you sent them your payslip yet? It will be 10 working days from whenever you send that back.
    Hello Stampystamp :)

Yes sent Pay Slip to my broker yesterday who confirmed they have sent it onto leeds the same day :)

So will it now be 10 working days, I hope its shorter lol

valuatuion was done 4th August and came back expected so that's passed. so it was just my pay slip they were waiting for so fingers crossed. :)
  • @hollybryan2013 unfortunately any new
documents go to the back of the underwriting queue. So right now you are looking at 10 working days 😢 I hope it is faster for you but both myself and @carlyfluck have had the same timescale so imagine you will too 😢. (I’m actually on 11 working days now but I think that’s down to the broker being off yesterday, not Leeds).
  • It’s a frustrating system. It’s a anxious time and the delays make it worse. I’d like to think if they were not happy they would of said by now. But that’s probably just me clinching at straws.

  • @carlyfluck no our broker said that. He said if there was any major concerns we would have been turned down the first time the underwriter looked at it. So I’m sure we are all just waiting for our offers instead of waiting for rejection but it’s still not a nice feeling.
  • Its so Frustrating :( , pulling my hair out now lol my application went in on 10th July so just would love to know if I have an offer now :)

what are you both waiting for? leeds to assess documents?
