    Seventh Anniversary 100 Posts Name Dropper Combo Breaker
    Leeds have everything they need. They asked a couple of questions 7 days ago. I answered straight away. So just waiting for whatever their response is to my answers. 
    First time buyer- Shared ownership- 13/7 DIP Leeds- soft search- 20/7 told we got house-21/7 instructed solicitor- 27/7 sales memo and full application- 30/7 hard search- 3/8 mortgage declaration sent- 6/8 told valuation complete
    13/08 questions from underwriters 
    17/08 letter to say initial assessment completed.
    20/8 Broker says it will be another week until more communication from Leeds.
    27/08 Mortgage approved

    Well fingers crossed you nearly there so hopefully you get your answer soon :) 

    I am hoping their times decrease soon! 

    did you go via a broker or direct?

    We’ve gone through a broker. We are shared ownership, not sure how the process differs to buying ‘normally’ x

    Yea I have gone through a broker and doing shared ownership as well, just checked leeds services levels and its still saying 10 working days for underwriter x

    It’s just something I have to put in the back of my mind for now. And just hope on Thursday or Friday I get a update. Don’t want to go into bank holiday still not knowing. My husband is working in Germany for most of sept so can see it being a right pain! Need to contact solicitor really and find out if any progress has been made there end x

    I still haven’t heard anything today. My broker hasn’t replied to my email.. so god knows what’s happening 😩

    phone Leeds yourself. If they say anything say your broker is not returning your calls/emails.
