Any Recent Leeds Building Society applicants?

I think there must be. Carly, you timeline is exactly still the same as mine. I applied on 22nd July and due an answer on Monday, you applied on 27th four working days later and are due an answer on Thursday, four working days later. So if I get an answer on Monday, hopefully it will be a good sign that you will get yours on Thursday and won’t have that much longer to wait.

You guys are doing better than me!  Applied 7th July...no other contact other than asking for a p60 a month ago.....valuation was 2 days ago.  Everyone on my purchase and sale is done just waiting for this..now its going to be what another 2 weeks?!

@maunders I was told by my MA expect 10 days after valuation. I had my value today.

@maunders I expect it was the valuation that was holding it up! Like @king_hins said their turnaround is 10 working days after receiving new information. So I expect you will hear the week after next! Very long for you though 😩

Just a massive waiting game really - Luckily I wasn't asked to provide any more documents etc , if they did I probably wouldn't of had the offer yet as goes to back of queue again. Fingers crossed for you all that you get sorted soon , I'm sure you will .

Exactly one week until my EWS1 survey is done. This is the only thing Leeds are waiting for, for the valuers to send to the underwriters. I don't know how I'm going to keep myself distracted for 7 days

MA said we should here from LBS either today or Monday, today’s not looking likely now so fingers crossed for Monday now. 🤞🏼

Just heard leeds, they wanted some more bits. Back to the queue I go I guess.. did anybody ring them after there valuation to find out if the valuation came back as expected?

Ah boo @King_hins! So frustrating to go to the back of tHe queue. I didn’t ring but my broker did chase and find out that valuation came back fine.
