A week left for me. So impatient now.

Last i heard was Thursday 13th from LBS - They said received passed valuation on file on Wednesday 12th and should hopefully hear within 6 working days (at that time, the Service Status showed 10 days so unsure which is correct)

Great news. Good to see things are moving along for some people. Hopefully not too much longer for the rest of us. I just want to know either way.

Yeah hope so - Just hopefully dont ask any questions / request more documents as i think will go to back of queue again

The email they sent me prior to valuation looks to me that everything had already been assessed.

I’m sure you’re fine! they would have already asked for it if they needed anything else. You do go to the back of the queue, that’s what happened with me when they requested something last Friday (7th) but the broker said they already assessed what they had hence why they asked for more information so if you’ve already been assessed, I think you should be okay 🙂

Hope so - they never asked for anything else prior to valuation so just a waiting game now.

Just received a letter from Leeds saying they have carried out the initial assessment and will liaise with broker.

I had an email saying the same sort of thing a couple weeks before the valuation. Possibly a delayed letter with it saying Initial Assessment?

Carly, you are further than me then cos I have had no letter like that. Hopefully you will get an answer this week too
