I’m pretty sure the service status changes each day. I checked yesterday and it was back down to 4 Working days. It’s very odd. My broker said that I was looking at getting an offer this week after the valuation yesterday but I’m pretty sure that mine has gone through some underwriting already as it was the underwriter that requested more evidence of something.0

I think we're in a similar situation, the underwriters requested an additional payslip off me last Tuesday. I was expecting to receive an offer early this week really but we'll just have to wait and see.

I think you should receive yours quicker than next week because I know the timescale on Thursday after your valuation was 4 working days (I check everyday 😂). Obviously it has increased but hopefully yours is still near the top end of the pile! fingers crossed anyway! I can’t wait another week 😩0

Leeds applicant signing in! Also Shared Ownership.
Congratulations to everyone who has been successful so far! Leeds have been great so far, they did ask for extra bank statements and performed a hard credit check, confirmed all was fine until valuation - so my timeline is shocking.
Their valuer - Countrywide - has requested an EWS1 form even though my building doesn't meet the requirements for it because:
"Further to updated guidance from MHCLG issued in January 2020, concerns around external wall systems now relate to buildings of all heights, not just those above 18 metres. The EWS1 form has not been amended yet to reflect this change. We confirm that a completed EWS1 form, with covering letter, is required for this building as balconies are present."
So I've been waiting for that for months... The specialist surveyor is inspecting the building on the 28th August and Leeds said yesterday that all being well, the underwriter will be able to approve the application and they can then send it to me within 6 days of receipt of updated valuation.
They also said it "could be shorter by then" and that I can return the acceptance form as a scanned copy, so no waiting around for post etc.
Solicitor searches have been done and all I need to do is review the contract and sign if EWS1 doesn't cause any further issues..
So all in all it will have been around 6 months from start of application
On the plus side the delay has allowed me to save a lot more, my deposit is growing for my next stair case. Looking on the bright side!

When were they out of interest? I had a hard credit search two days after I applied and an identity verification/credit quotation on the same day. Then last week it was listed as identity verification and “subsequent (or follow up) credit search” - 👀. But as we heard from straight them after to ask about the standing order I’m assuming that was in underwriting. Who the hell knows though 😂

Thanks @stampystampI'm just being patient - obsessing about it made me wish my days/weekends away until X date. Not good!
