I have spoken to my bdm re the above new portal as I hadn't heard about it
It is currently on trial with one firm (apparently it has been glitchy with a higher number of declines hence why it is on a pilot). They are going to be rolling it out to other brokers over the next month starting with those who give leeds the most business.

10/11 - found another mortgage advisor
11/11 - AIP with Santander (single applicant, shared ownership, 85LTV)
12/11 - all documents sent
13/11 - application with Santander submitted and passed to underwriting. Valuation booked for 23/11
19/11 - mortgage agreed, subject to a satisfactory valuation
23/11 - mortgage offer issued
19/12 - completed0 -
