Hi All,
My partner and I applied for a HTB Mortgage with LBS.
Our valuation came back as we thought, however now we have to wait until the 15th for a decision. Hoping we actually get a decision as the questions/signatures/valuation have all been done and come back okay and it has now been 5-6 weeks since first applying.
Is it usually decision stage after the valuation??

Hi all,
New on this post - we sent off our application on the 13th August and was hoping to hear this week from our offer. Lbs confirmed yesterday that the valuation has been completed but are waiting on the paperwork from that, they also asked for more copies of UC documents. Hoping for an offer soon 😭😭😭0 -
Mine took exactly that amount of time (33 working days) so I would say it’s accurate!1
