  • Thank you! It’s such a long time when you’re waiting but once you have your offer it’s the biggest relief in the world. Just hang in there guys, you will get there eventually!
  • Hi All,

We were told on Monday the earliest we would hear is the 15th Sept, however yesterday we had our mortgage offer through!!!
According to our broker, when he called Leeds at 3pm they had not fulfilled their application quota for the day, so they were able to bump our application forward and approved it!!

Just a bit of advice incase anyone is trying to call them in the morning. Maybe calling mid-late afternoon can benefit :)

Do you HAVE to give a P60 to Leeds? I started working 6 months ago and my broker has let me down as I got rejected from NatWest possible due to my husband who is self employed and claimed the grant. My broker didn’t even tell me that NatWest doesn’t accept customers who claimed the grant!

  • I didn’t give a p60 to Leeds, just three months of payslips. I think they have to get an employer reference if less than 6 months but I could be wrong :)
  • Hi All, hope everyone had a nice weekend & hopefully some of you will have a offer this week.

@sofsar never asked for p60 however they did ask a few questions around furlough. But no self employed here.

Quick question for anyone that's got there offer, I'm buying a new build got my offer monday. Has anyone be given a date for there move, just wondering when I can expect my solicitor to give me the report? I know most will see depends.. but just wondering if how long it took others? Searches have already been done I believe.
