fingers crossed everyone else on here gets theirs soon as well I don't have an exchange deadline as such the housing association just said they would like us to exchange this month so I guess as soon as possible when is yours? x

Congratulations everyone! XFirst time buyer- Shared ownership- 13/7 DIP Leeds- soft search- 20/7 told we got house-21/7 instructed solicitor- 27/7 sales memo and full application- 30/7 hard search- 3/8 mortgage declaration sent- 6/8 told valuation complete
13/08 questions from underwriters
17/08 letter to say initial assessment completed.
20/8 Broker says it will be another week until more communication from Leeds.
27/08 Mortgage approved0 -
Great news on offers that have come!I’m still waiting on mine. I phoned today as it was due to go to the underwriters yesterday. Apparently it did and they had some questions which have already been answered. I was put on hold twice while they confirmed that the information has already been provided and yes it was as they wanted it. That means I go to the bottom of the 11 working days again which I’ve queried as everything was there, no more information has been requested. I’m meant to be getting a call back in the next 24 hours...1
