No, rather annoying as leeds kept telling me monday last week. I did notice the website was down today.

I’m not sure whether to phone or leave it a couple of days. We could do with some news in the next few days. It should hopefully be a straightforward application, we’ve got a good credit record and it’s a 65 LTV as we got on the ladder 9 years ago but I’ve heard they can be quite picky with info

Full application received by Leeds 10th August. Valuation done 26th August and confirmed ok. I was told it went to the underwriters on 21st.

@tweet86 Mines a lower deposit but I'm currently at 6 weeks / 31 workings days.
12 days since valuation.

Are you self employed or employed? trying to finger out if my case will get looked at tomorrow fingers crossed 🤞

I’m on almost 7 weeks (will be on Wednesday) and 33 working days. My valuation was on 10th August.
