Hey everyone, spoke to my broker this morning, she rang leeds and my documents are still in the queue to be looked at by underwriters. and should hear in the next 2 days. Looks like their is a lot of delays with leeds which is annoying as its 11 working days today and it may take another 2 days for them to look at my documents still

Ah so will probably be a delay for mine too. I will chase on Wednesday when it’s due but I had already expected it to be Thursday or Friday tbh. It’s really frustrating as our exchange is supposed to be next week. Our Housing Association will happily extend but it means financially it won’t really benefit us with Leeds taking out their first payment two weeks after completion (we were expecting to exchange and complete on the same day) so means two mortgage payments in the same month 😩

Hi all, quick update from me, we’re still waiting! Applied on the 15th July, valuation on the 7th August had an issue with bank statements which were sent off again on the 27th August. MA said yesterday that he hopes we should hear back on Friday, but I’m not holding my breath lol.
