OK, so youve finally answered that there is indeed things missing you KNOW they have

TELL THEM!
STate you are surprised they havent completely complied with the DPA2018 by furnishing you with copies of all data they hold on you, including your emails sent...
Give them 5 days to send.4 -
Sounds as if they may have passed to a tracing service due to a lack of response from you , hence the current scenario
As mentioned above , demand all data from their DPO including all correspondence relating to all PCN,s etc by replying to their DPO and giving them 5 days or they are in breach of the GDPR dpa regulations
Appeal the 4 as keeper using their normal appeal system , not to their DPO , a DPO cannot deal with appeals3 -

Reply and insist that you require copies of all reminders , all debt letters , all photographs and any other correspondence or data with your name on it , email to go back to the DPO
Do not send the appeals to the DPO , follow their standard appeal procedures
I have gone back to DPO and requested ALL data stating what I had received
POFA checked the notices and they are correct and in line with Code
I have been and taken photos of signage - so I will look at those now. I did note when they first took over the car park, they had the code for the pay by phone app. They now only have the online Hozah registration payment and no signage regarding the other payment method (pay by phone app with code) They also have a very large sign calling it Cavendish Street car park (the on street council parking on the app is also called the same, bus does say in small writing on street). I shall read the signs now to see what they say to make sure.2 -
OK. I have had an email back from Bank saying I need to appeal via a link they sent (Premier parking solutions) and not PCN email. I put my PCN and reg in and it does not recognise any of the tickets!!? I have emailed them back to state this. They are from February though and passed to ZZPS so I wonder if it is because they are out of date.

Bank parking manages the car park, I do not know what Premier is. I have gone onto Bank again and pressed the appeals icon and it is a from filling process only?!0 -
They also want more information than on the template including the driver details or they will not look into it.Ignore that.1
