Okay, so they say they have deleted emails from and to you. Just keep an eye out in case they try to use one at a later date.

Did you get all the photos of the vehicle? One in and one out for each PCN, including the ones won at PoPLA (unless you only requested your data after that point).
I got copies of the PCN's, reminder notice and photos.
Not sure what you mean the ones won at Popla?

so after requesting again ALL data ie; sending my details to ZZPS....bank replied:

    Good Morning,

They have the same information we have sent you, everything is included in your SARS request. They have access to our system so access the same information. We do not correspond in writing with ZZPS. A subject access request is a request for data held in relation to yourself, this is just the data saved

Just keep those replies so that if they were to ambush you in future with anything they omitted you would know and can use against them

Clearly if zzps sent you letters you should have received copies in the SAR reply from zzps but you would have to issue a SAR to zzps to get their data on you , plus copies of their letters etc

Methinks they are telling porkies if letters have been omitted , but each firm would have to be sent a SAR individually

They shouldn't be telling you to contact other parking companies like premier parking solutions either

Because you never received the PCN,s due to moving house , no popla appeals were tried , so although fruitcake was asking about them , they haven't been attempted , you made it difficult by not updating the V5C , causing these extra issues , but not everyone reading this saga is fully aware of your situation

When you miss the boat , it's permanently missed

I'm astounded that this thread about a run of the mill debt collector and a bit-part PPC has reached almost 100 posts in just 2 days?

Without looking back over all the pages is it this IPC AOS member?:-

    Bank Park Management Limited
    WWW.BANKPARK.CO.UK

If so not sure why POPLA is being mentioned (although do not know the date of parking event or when they became IPC members).

I think fruitcake has misled us in that earlier query, I was going off the quoted post because this thread has had many twists and turns. Checking the IPC AOS list Bank are on it , so I would agree that the popla question was a red herring. The OP never received any letters due to not updating the V5C promptly and Popla was never available

My apologies. I got mixed up with another poster who had four PCNs including two won at PoPLA.

Noooo, just don't go there! Nine times out of ten you'll wish you'd chosen something else!  Used to drink that milch at the local Berni in the early 70's. Prawn Cocktail, T-Bone Steak, Black Forest Gateau, Irish Coffee. Change from a fiver!  It's never passed my lips since!

DPD has spent too much time in the tropics and missed out on far better stuff. I expect he'll be along shortly to tell us that he's imbibed Chateau Enough du Splott 1903 at tax payers' expense on many occasions! 😊

Possibly due to my many questions trying to get my head around many things and peoples kindness to want to help.
😁 The good news is...i have learnt many things to prepare for any hearing (can't bear potential 6 year wait).
My job now is to get through all the Newbie stuff in advance to learn what points may help my case.
Can't thank you guys enough 👏
