Motorist's view of the car park signs in May 2019, only readable by a person on foot after they have left the car park.
Note the sign about clamping that was outlawed in 2012. Also note the same bottom two signs mention all day parking yet the more prominent sign only refers to 2 hours which is contradictory or a deliberate omission.
I wonder how the St Lukes Hospital charity feels about its supporters being scammed.
Car park entrance. I "went" all the way round the block but can't see a separate exit on GSV, so it this is the only way in and out it will create a bottleneck and add extra time to a motorist's visit.
View from the other side of the car park. This may or may not give access to the car park. The image does not show it clearly but there are collapsible bollards just past the row of vans on the left. It may or may not be possible to turn left into it the main car park at this point, and certainly is accessible if one or more of the bollards was down at the time. There is no signage to show whether this is possible or prohibited, so the scammers need to be put to strict proof that it is not possible to enter from Victoria Street where no signs would be seen.
Note that all these images are from May of last year, so you need to get your own pics from the same view points as I have shown and compare them to see what changes have been made.

@Fruitcake.
Thank you so much. Somuch more signage all around. Only one entrance in and out and that is on Cavendish street. I am going on google earth today. Back in February, there was main sign going in and a couple of signs about Hozah payment. Nothing else at all. Now loads more signage all around. None of these around when I parked.

I'm not sure if Google Earth and Google Street View (GSV) are the same, but this will get you started for the latter. Unfortunately there are no images later than May 2019, and sadly the camera car didn't enter the car park.

Try to find out when those signs went up.
Ask the local council planning department if they know: -
1) Whether planning permission was obtained for ANPR scameras and if so, when.
2) Whether advertising consent was approved for the original signs and especially the new ones, and if so when.
Not having the latter is a criminal offence as it breaches the Town and Country Planning Act, but only the council can take it to court.
If neither of the above are in place, then make a complaint to the council planning department as well as your MP with a curtesy copy to the MP for the area where the car park is located.

All the pictures so far have not shown the actual car park entrance with the signs that should be prominent at the entrance
The one on the corner with the side street and bollards part way down is a pedestrian entrance , even though there is a large sign , I would not notice it having driven in and parked. I am not convinced those other vehicle entrances are for this car park and are not suitably marked either
I am sure Cavendish St car park has come up on here numerous times , but under previous car parking companies , not Bank2 -

Fair comment , but it's a picture of a sign that could be anywhere on the site
I meant a pulled back view showing the whole vehicular entrance and exit off Cavendish showing the full entrance and including the location and angle of the sign above , so not the pedestrian entryways
Not one reply has shown the full entrance and exit from Cavendish St
I think parking eye dealt with it previously , but maybe on behalf of another smaller company2 -
What we need is a current picture showing this combined entrance and exit.
We also need to see a general view inside the entrance including ground markings, for example any arrows just inside the entrance showing a one way system.
I believe the sign in your previous post is a short distance away on the other side of the wall in this image.
You can see the blocked up archway in the wall as well as the lamp post. It is important therefore whether the traffic flow would take you past this sign, or others of a similar type, or whether a specific route through the car park could be taken such that no signs would be visible to the driver.

Did I imagine it or did you previously show us a picture of the current sign on the corner by the pedestrian entrance/exit? If so, please post it again.
Cavendish is a two way street, so if a motorist approached from the Burton Street end they would never see that sign on the corner. That is why it is imperative that we know what the entrance signage looks like when approaching from that end, as well as comparing it with the one on the corner and internal signs.I married my cousin.
