    If videoing, do it from the car as you approach and drive in so there is a (almost) driver's eye view. You will need someone in the passenger seat using the video cam.
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    This is the sign you see and you have to pass this to get to car park further down cavendish street. I can't seem to upload the videos

    The links work okay without the need to download.

    You still haven't shown us the all important entrance as requested. We need to see it from this perspective.

    It is not clear from the second video, but is it possible to drive straight ahead after entering and park without seeing or facing a prominent sign.

    @Fruitcake.
    The entrance is exactly the same as in your picture - no different, no signs.
    If you drive straight ahead you can't park there as it is for a business and nearby residents. You have to turn right just past the wall you see in the photo and then you see the main parking board.
    In fact, you would have to enter the car park to get any information and drive right in to get out again. Then you would have to get out your car to read the board fully

    Okay, so we know their is no entrance sign. That helps your case.
    Whilst it may not be possible to park where the collapsible bollards are, it is physically possible to park in the other bays directly opposite them that have very poor ground markings.
    Is there signage saying you can't park in those. These would be forbidding signage and not offering a contract to park.
    Could you reverse in and not see any signs.

    Do you see what I'm getting at. Photos of forbidding signs, lack of signs etcetera will help your case. Don't forget to ask the council planning about the scameras and signs.

    I never said it was a council car park. What I said was, you should ask the council planning department if the scammers have planning permission for the ANPR scameras, and advertising consent for the signs, especially the new signs.
