I put my PCN and reg in and it does not recognise any of the tickets!!? I have emailed them back to state this. They are from February though and passed to ZZPS so I wonder if it is because they are out of date.1

Reply and insist that you require copies of all reminders , all debt letters , all photographs and any other correspondence or data with your name on it , email to go back to the DPO
Do not send the appeals to the DPO , follow their standard appeal proceduresYou have the emails in your own possession to and from as supplied below if you wish to review, we would not retain email threads under GDPR. We only retain appeals on our system and appeal responses, as your case was already held with collections we have not replied to an official appeal as you were out of the relevant timeframe to appeal, we do not store any other data for yourself or vehicle other than that that has been provided within your SARS request. ZZPS will hold their own documents that you will need to request from them as we do not have access to these. You have the full SARS request of all data we retain for you supplied.

Okay, so they say they have deleted emails from and to you. Just keep an eye out in case they try to use one at a later date.
Did you get all the photos of the vehicle? One in and one out for each PCN, including the ones won at PoPLA (unless you only requested your data after that point).I married my cousin. OK so I have looked at the signage pictures. States can apply to DVLA for driver details, cost of pcn, time to pay etc + additional costs. Says Bank and Landowner no liability (no mention on any signs who landowner is). CCTV and ANPR in op, parking enforce in op (please see full policy on webiste). Large sign re Hozah for paying (register online). Notice land is private and enter into contract and fined for breach of terms and conditions. Option of pay online and the two things I note from my case:
Very large sign welcome to Cavendish Street Car Park (name on the pay as you go app as mentioned earlier in thread) and there is no sign telling people about the option to pay with the pay by phone app and therefore informing people of code to use.0 -
The DVLA do not hold driver details, only those of the registered keeper.
The signs will not have the word "fine" on it.
What does this mean?
"Says Bank and Landowner no liability"
Please use whole sentences without abbreviating unless you are using parking forum acronyms and abbreviations.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -

Words have meaning , especially legal words like fine
You have not been fined nor have you received or been issued with any fines , no private company can fine you and these are invoices , not fines
I would also be tempted to reply to Bank asking why your data has been shared with Premier Parking Solutions because it's a data breach if this has happened , so have they self reported themselves to the ICO or should you do it ? Ask them why there DPO has not given you this info about sharing your data with PPS
Keep em on their toes , my motto is if people give you **** , you give them back bigger ****. Lol4 -

I think i made an error with parking solutions...too quick for my own good and did not look at auto email address.
I shall email DPO now and do that. Clearly they passed my details on, interesting they have no data on that!
Thank you.0 -
Your present issues are with Bank Park ltd and zzps , nobody else unless another company like drpl or a law firm are involved
Bank have no legal right as data controller to pass your data onto another parking company or anyone else , other than debt collectors or a law firm or the CCBC in Northampton if they were to issue an MCOL
We can only go off what you tell us , so accuracy is paramount
We take a dim view of data sharing or data breaches , if that has happened ! ??3 -
@Redx
I shall be astute. So for my benefit of understanding process of this.
Only Bank can take me to court?
Obviously I am not liaising with ZZPS so do they pass it back to bank if they get no response?
