Hi
So they have sent me copies of the parking with photographs of coming and going from car park for 10, 14, 21, 26 feb. That is all they have sent me.1 -
Copies of the PCNs, yes? No follow up letters? ANythig you KNOW they have that they didnt then include?1
-
So copies of 5 PCN,s with photos and dates and the contravention complaint written on them , plus they will have the issue dates plus the address each was sent to (your old one)
No copies of any court claims or any CCJ , so it's at debt collector stage
Get pictures of signage etc
Use the blue text template and appeal each one individually as keeper , no blabbing about who was driving
Ensure that your email address and current address plus relevant PCN reference is on each of the 5 appeals , even if they reject all 5 , which they will, you are creating a paper trail for the future
Check each PCN to see if it complied with the 2012 law called POFA , for both timescales and wording , check each one and compile a list of yes or no3 -
I asked for copies of parking notices (sent to old address) and any other data. They have sent nothing else.nosferatu1001 said:Copies of the PCNs, yes? No follow up letters? ANythig you KNOW they have that they didnt then include?1 -
There should be copies of reminders and anything else like debt letters etc
Reply and insist that you require copies of all reminders , all debt letters , all photographs and any other correspondence or data with your name on it , email to go back to the DPO
Do not send the appeals to the DPO , follow their standard appeal procedures1 -
Are they ANPR based? If no, then there will for sure be other pics. They always have more than one.
As I said
Is there anything you know they have that hasnt been sent? Second time.3 -

One muses ... Is that a GDPR breach? If the scheme (i.e. payment method) has changed, why have the PPC held on to your phone number? Does your number need to be registered in the new app?Heather2812 said:@Scrapit
Before I used the app I signed up with an automatic camera capture so I just used to come and go and they would invoice me for each visit. They had my number from joining this scheme. I gather bank gave that to the debt chasers3 -
Or they spend 5 minutes finding your phone number using the databases they have access to. Same way any scum debt colelctor manages it.
SImpler explanation...4 -
All FOUR notices (there was a fifth but not got it and will be out of time, they stated this at enquiry and it was put on hold)Redx said:There should be copies of reminders and anything else like debt letters etc

have picture evidence. copy of notice to keeper and reminder for each sent and their system process of the charge. Nothing else was sent even though i did sent emails when i appealed (out of time obviously to them as I had not received to my new address)0 -
I'm not sure about that but obviously you use your phone to access the app and I am pretty sure you have to input it when you register.DoaM said:Scrapit said:How did they get your mobile number?
