The last thing we want you to do is pay ......but you have to help us help you ......do you still have all the emails ? if so go through every one of them looking for who was the parking company who started all this ....until you you/we find out who the PPC is then it is very limited as to what you can do ..I take it you have know idea where the dastardly parking took place ?Ralph3

Noone says to bloody pay. Stop jumping to conclusions
Who do ZZPS say hired them. THeyll say it somewhere
Did you send them a SAR? They are committing an offence if they ignore a SAR. NEwbies thread if you dont know what a SAR is.3 -
Heather, now we have how to change your address out of the way, as Redx said the ZZPS letter will say who they act for for. We are not interested in ZZPS as they are just sewer life and to be ignored. It's the info on that letter we want. OR ... are you saying you just got a text from ZZPS
You DO NOT enter into any payment plan because you are currently being scammed
You say ... "Its daylight robbery so mine now total around 1000" ???
The £1000 is a fine from the DVLA for not updating your address but ...... that has not happened has it ? This is only about a parking ticket which is not a fine
I dont think it is a solicitor it is a credit management company LCS.
Was this a letter or another text ?
Right now it's miles away from court but help can only be given once we know the facts1 -
Hi all
Sorry, the parking company is bank parking.
I have sent emails to them and they said I am out of appeal time.
I have sent an email to them saying I can look at a payment plan but they just ignore me.
Yes I changed my address on the DVLA link a while ago.0 -
Heather2812 said:Sorry for the multiple messages. I asked a legal expert online if they could go to CC without notifying me and their answer was
They can no longer serve or obtain judgement without you knowing........ so I am not sure why you are saying they can.so if this legal expert was correct , then how come this thread below (click on it) is about a default CCJ where the defendant has moved address and the parking company issued letters to the old address ?wake up and smell the coffeetell us1) the name of the claimant parking company, it seems you have just answered this , Bank parking2) the location of the parking spot and the type of business (or residential), or whatever they relate to ? (and the nation as well)you asked for answers, but nobody can help you until those 2 vital questions are answered, especially because laws are different in the various nations that comprise the UKif this is england, then email the DPO at Bank parking to obtain all your dataalso email that same DPO a data rectification notice with your new and current addressthat DPO will require suitable proof of your identity and new address, so the updated V5C is sufficiant, or 2 recent redacted utility bills, leaving the name , address and date showing

Ralph, I do know where the parking took place.
I park there for work all the time and changed to paying on an app.
On the app there is a council park on road and this car park managed by bank, both called the same name. I put the wrong code in so paid the council instead of bank.
I didnt realise hence the charges.
I sent screen shots to bank saying I made an error but was not trying to elude paying to park.
Hope this makes sense !1 -
Bank Parking are currently sending out loads of court claims , such as this one for Merry Hillthere are probably over a dozen BANK PARKING threads on here in recent weeksget those 2 emails to their DPO at BANK done today, asap1) for the data rectification of your address2) a SAR for all your data

So, it's Bank Parking. ZZPS are now history as they are 100% powerless. FORGET THEM.
Is the other letter from this lot

Beamer i had a letter from lcsdr.... headed dear home owner about an outstanding gas bill. Call me paranoid....i guess I may have linked the two and assumed.
They asked me to send copy of my tenancy agreement and I said no. I thought they were a part of all this but may not be. Think this is stressing me too much.
Anyway I called them today saying if they knew who owed them money why address letter to a non person??!!.
Anyway told them to speak with social landlord as i don't know who they are chasing.
I have sent another email today to bank asking them to help me resolve the issue as it is like they don't want me to pay. It would have to be installments.
I accept the error I made on the app but just find it difficult to accept a company chasing me wants to jump on the band wagon and charge me extreme amounts - I do ignore them.0
