Send precisely what you have been instructed to, and nothing more

A data rectification notice
Confirm once you have done so.2 -
@Redx
Sorry for my ignorance, you wrote:get those 2 emails to their DPO at BANK done today, asap1) for the data rectification of your address2) a SAR for all your data
Can you please tell me what DPO means and SAR please.
I dont really understand.0 -
can I just say firstly thank you so much for the support.
Secondly, ease go easy on me, ihave PTSD and very stressed by all of this.
I'm not really understanding all the jargon either.
I think the overall advice is-
Tell bank parking my new address - my v5 to verify.
Ask them for copies of pcn
Then? Arrange a pay plan?

you have been repeatedly told NOT TO PAY
we cannot say it more often
NEWBIES thread takes you through the jargon
You
- send a SAR to Bank
- send a data rectification notice to Bank
Both of these go to their DPO2 -
@noseferatu1001
I have emailed bank a copy of my v5 and asked for them to supply copies of pcn notices and any other data relating to the case.1 -
read the fifth post of the newbies faq sticky thread announcement at the top of the forum to find out what acronyms mean (its currently second in the table)you will also find help and advice in there about a SARcheck the privacy section for BANK PARK MANAGEMENT on their website for advice on contacting their DPO via emailuntil you have all the facts and paperwork to hand , you cannot and should not make any decisions3

Call me paranoid.
Yes, I will
The story so far ..... you have been contacted by the idiotic ZZPS by text because they do not have your new address. You now send a SAR to Bank Parking requesting the data they hold on you. At the same time you inform them of your current address and request confirmation.
Then, if it goes further, who knows, all future letters will come to your new address. They cannot ignore a SAR, it is a legal request and they are allowed 30 days to reply
After that we wait, DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT under any circumstances
