How did they get your mobile number?0

@Scrapit
Before I used the app I signed up with an automatic camera capture so I just used to come and go and they would invoice me for each visit. They had my number from joining this scheme. I gather bank gave that to the debt chasers0 -
@Scrapit
You can either pay via Hozah or pay by phone app at that car park. It worked out cheaper to do the app so me and colleagues changed back to app after cancelling other method but I used the wrong code in app.
Problem is the council have a code on the app for parking just outside the car park and the car park managed by bank are both called the same. They didn't show as separate.0 -
Then you will win at court. We win at court. You really need to read the NEWBIES thread and should have done before posting as your new thread is now on page five in one day(!) which is unheard of for a simple case where the answer was always: ''read the NEWBIES thread and send a SAR and rectify your address data as well, tell them to erase the old address.''
Surely the 'legal expert' told you to rectify your data to make sure you don't miss the court claim? If they didn't, then they failed you. Stick with us.Is it better for me to arrange to pay them then do you think at x a monthI hope you've stopped thinking you have done something wrong or need to pay.
Read the NEWBIES thread second post about how to win in court.

I cant tell you how much better I feel from the support today.
I hear what you say but to be fair the forum takes some navigating / understanding for an elder like me.
I do feel stronger about it and am navigating the newbie stuff whilst waiting for my SAR response.
Thank you2 -

It is easy to navigate the forum, you just click on the NEWBIE sticky announcement - it is in pink to help you see it - and read it, whist having a cup of tea* and a biscuit (well, to be fair it might take a pot of tea and a plate of biscuits but all the help you need is there.
*other hot drinks are available3 -

Thank youPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The day always seems brighter after calming down , having a good read of what we tell you and answering all reasonable questions so we can help you (I get my pension next year) , we may seem blunt at times but I can assure you that when we have what we need you will get the help required. No need to look elsewhere , the regulars on here have the knowledge
As mentioned above , it may take a pot of tea and a packet of chocolate digestive biscuits and a chill pill but it's usually worth it
We agree things should change and the government is looking into it but it takes time and won't help your case because the new rules require a new start date , perhaps next year. So doesn't help you under present rules. Which is where our experience and knowledge enter the room
Until you get all the paperwork it's impossible to advise you , but you do need it , you have done what we asked and fair or unfair it is what it is so dealing with it is a drawn out process, there is no quick fix
Good luck4 -
Wow what a place. I fight peoples corner at work and have done for several years arguing and mainly winning but when its your own...it is somehow different. I cannot thank you all enough, it is truly inspiring.... makes me feel archaic but I would be Bodica any day....
So....today I have been emailed with the data so I am going to take a look. Have a coffee at the ready - no biscuits - Here goes
