You can downgrade online or in the app. Takes seconds.0

Brilliant, just found it myself (by clicking "upgrade" haha). Downgraded to the fee-free account. Need to inspect the T&C's but don't think I'll need to pay anything in. Might stick a single DD on there just to keep it ticking.1

Does anyone know if it's possible to downgrade the account or do you need to close it and reopen another account?
I have no intentions of using this account but I normally like to keep my switch bonus account open so I can shift it to the next deal (if it ever comes along).0 -
The reward tracker seems a little behind. I've paid in the £1500...used debit card for premium bond purchase. So far is says I'm not in line for the £5....0

They don't need to come looking at forums to find out.0 -
Just got our (OH's) switch bonus... day before switch is due. Y, I know that's what should happen.... but was slipping re other posts.
After the switch completes we plan to immediately downgrade it from Ultimate Reward to a fee free ac. Or switch it out if that's rejected.0 -
The Halifax text messages are a bit behind
I've received a text just now saying that my switch is on track and they've paid the £100 today.
My switch actually completed last Friday and I was paid the £100 the same day. I've checked but alas they haven't paid me another £1000
