It seems your account was converted, not switched. Was your BOS account accessible via the same logon details used to access your Halifax account or different?
Edit: based on your second post it looks like your switch is still in progress, but both accounts are associated with the same logon details, whereas mine remain separate.
I've logged in to my BOS account (using my BOS login details) and the new Halifax account now appears under my BOS account.

No SO's etc have switched over yet.

Mine's due to complete 14th August.

Tried both chrome and safari and on mobile. Not tried incognito though
Hi, did Incognito work? Having the same issues but don't want to waste their callcentre time as this time.

Hiya,  just wondering  when you get the option of choosing your reward?  Thanks
You get the option at the time of applying and setting up the switch?
But if you have actually missed that, then choose when you have access to account.
We chose the £5 per month option to make up for the no interest.

Thought I'd go for the £5 also and see if it works with a payment to NSI,
Typically confused and asking for advice

As others have suggested, I am going to use my Halifax debit card to transfer £500 a month to NS&I in the hope I can claim my £5 reward.

Does anyone know if the debit card you use to pay money into NS&I has to be issued by your nominated bank account?

The thing is, my nominated account is Santander and obviously I need to make the payments via my Halifax card to get my reward.

I know I could change my nominated account but if I can leave it as it is, all the better.

    Thanks

I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
    There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.

My nominated account is Barclays and I did the initial £1 with Nat West so that should be fine

Nope, no joy! Tried their call centre but they asked for the debit card number, which I haven’t received yet. Might pop into a branch Monday to see if I can get it done there

I find with NS&I it takes over a week before you can withdraw money when paid by debit card.
I paid into it last time and it look at least full week before withdrawal was available.
Some other places might be better with instant pay in and withdraw.
